RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Custom & Personalised Products

Because our products are custom-made and often personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personalised or engraved item
  • Custom design orders
  • Made-to-order products
  • Digital downloads

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will always resolve genuine issues fairly.

2. Non-Personalised Physical Products (if applicable)

If an item is not personalised and is unused in original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Workshops & In-Person Events

Workshop bookings are considered event tickets and are non-refundable.

However:

  • If you cancel more than 7 days before the event, you may transfer your seat to another person or receive store credit.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of the event, your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Seats are limited, and materials are prepared in advance specifically for each attendee.

4. Digital Downloads

All digital products are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital files, refunds cannot be issued once files have been delivered.
