All turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees.

Custom engraving and laser cutting projects are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
48-Hour Rush Service
Need it faster? Rush service may be available. Your project can be ready within 2 business days, depending on materials and workload. Additional fees apply.

Do you ship orders?
At this time, Laser Artist Canada operates primarily for local pickup and appointment-based projects. If shipping becomes available again, this page will be updated.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All custom projects are handled by appointment only to ensure focused time, accurate details, and the best outcome for your piece.
Can I bring my own item to engrave?
In many cases, yes. However, not all materials are laser-safe. Please send a photo and description of your item before booking.
Can products be used outdoors?
Some materials are not suitable for outdoor exposure. If your item will be displayed outside, let us know in advance so we can recommend appropriate materials and finishes. Additional charges may apply.
Is engraved glass dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our laser engraving creates a permanent etched finish that will not wash off.
Will my wood product warp or crack?
Wood is a natural material and reacts to its environment. We apply multiple protective oil treatments to minimize moisture damage, but natural variation in grain and tone is expected.
Each piece will be unique.
What file formats do you accept?
For custom cutting and engraving, we require vector-based artwork such as:
.ai
.eps
.svg
.pdf
In some cases, high-resolution .png or .jpg files may be usable depending on the project.
Digital Template FAQ
What can I do with my digital template purchase?
You may:
• Create unlimited physical products for personal or small commercial use
• Sell physical items made from the file
You may not:
• Resell, share, or redistribute the digital file
• Modify and claim the design as your own
• Use listing photos or remove watermarks for your own marketing
Workshop FAQ
How do I book a workshop?
Workshop dates and booking details are listed on the Workshops page. Payment confirms your seat.
What should I bring to a workshop?
Just yourself and a drink in a closed container. All materials are provided unless otherwise stated.
Can I cancel my workshop booking?
Workshop bookings are non-refundable due to limited seating and preparation of materials. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another guest.
