- Bottles must be supplied by the customer
- Bottles may contain alcohol at the time of engraving
- Engraving is permanent and cannot be removed
- Colour fill is optional and quoted separately
- Crystal glass cannot be engraved

Can you engrave bottles that contain alcohol?
Yes. Bottles may contain alcohol when brought in for engraving.
Do you supply the bottles?
No. Customers must provide the bottle to be engraved.
Can you engrave logos or detailed artwork?
Yes. Detailed logos and designs engrave beautifully on glass. Vector artwork is ideal, but we can review other formats.
What is colour fill?
Colour fill adds contrast to engraved areas using speciality paints. It is optional and priced separately.
Can you engrave crystal decanters?
No. We engrave glass decanters only. Crystal cannot be engraved safely.
Is engraving permanent?
Yes. Laser engraving permanently alters the glass surface and cannot be reversed.

Customer-Supplied Bottles
While we take great care during engraving, we cannot guarantee bottles provided by customers, as glass varies in thickness and composition. We have not had a bottle break to date, however engraving always carries a small inherent risk.
